Shipping Policy

Processing Time

We are a small part-time business and as such we cannot match the order processing and shipping times of larger manufacturers.

Our average order processing time (pre-shipping) is 3-5 working days. You will be notified if it is likely to take longer. Once an order has been processed it is then packed and posted.

Shipping

We ship using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked post. Once an order has been packed you will receive a Royal Mail shipping number.

Refund Policy

Products with manufacturer caused damage or defects can be returned within 30 days and a postage label will be generated and emailed to you for this. A full refund (minus postage) will be provided once the returned item has been received by us.

Undamaged products can be returned within 14 days of receipt but return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. A full refund (minus postage) will be provided once the returned item has been received by us.
